At Scentia Ignis, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your items, provided the candles have not been lit and are in their original, unused condition.

How to Cancel

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 7 days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item was purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The item is in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items made to your specifications.
  • Items that are perishable or have a short shelf life.
  • Items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been opened after delivery.
  • Items that, by their nature, cannot be separated from other items after being delivered.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Returning Items

You are responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning items to us. Please send your return to Scentia Ignis at our designated address (to be provided upon request during the return process).

We are not liable for items that are damaged or lost in transit during the return process. Therefore, we recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service. Refunds cannot be processed without receiving the returned items or proof of return shipment.
